Characteristics:
1. The machine was invented by introducing German Technology. It is used for abnormal lollipop candy die forming and packing.
2. Color code adjustable system, computer program and controlled, precise positioning, coordination in film supplying, wrapping and strong sealing.
3. Photoelectrical tracking system, self-stop for no product feeding, no empty bags, good self adjustment ability.
4. Gradual motor to control film feeding seed with product feeding.
5. Use stepper motor, it can change paper feeding speed automatically according to the machine running speed. The performance is very good.
6. Imported frequency transformer, PLC, circumvolve coder and photoelectrical switch, have good performance.

Packaging & Shipping
1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check.
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine.
3.Packing:
a. Inside the machine put desiccant.
b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap.
c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel.
4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement.
